PPS Spacer Hexagonal, Both Ends Threaded, Adhesive (Insulation Type) / NSP-WE

This product is a hexagonal spacer made of PPS (polyphenylene sulfide) with excellent heat resistance and chemical resistance, featuring a double-threaded press-fit type. PPS is known as a super engineering plastic, characterized by its high heat resistance, which allows it to maintain excellent dimensional stability and mechanical properties even in high-temperature environments. It also excels in flame retardancy, complying with UL94 V-0 standards, provided that the materials used meet the UL94 V-0 specifications. Additionally, it has a very low water absorption rate, making it suitable for applications that require high dimensional stability in humid environments, as it minimizes dimensional changes due to humidity. This product is conductive, allowing for electrical connection between the housing and the circuit board through the press-fit areas.
